Strand offer EU Representative service to organisations offering goods and services to, or monitoring the behaviour of, data subjects based in the EU. Such organisations, who do not have an establishment or office within the EU, are required by Article 27 GDPR to designate an EU Representative, subject to some exemptions. Strand will act as a point of contact for supervisory authorities and individuals on issues related to the processing of personal data for those individuals, to ensure compliance with the GDPR and other applicable data protection legislation.
