Eliav advises high-tech companies on a broad range of intellectual property, commercial contracts and international trade. As such, he deals extensively with privacy and data protection regulations, cyber and Internet law as well as corporate law. Eliav studied Law (LL.B.) and Economics (B.A., specialization in Financing) at the College of Management Academic Studies. After winning the prestigious Partner School Scholarship Award, he went on to The Ohio State University – Moritz College of Law where he received his LL.M. (concentration in Corporate Law) with honors. He then continued his studies at the University of Oxford – Faculty of Law in collaboration with The Ohio State University – Moritz College of Law where he focused on European Union Law as well as Comparative Election Law. As part of his post-LL.M. at the University of Oxford, Eliav wrote an article about the aftermath of Brexit, which was ultimately published in The Guardian
